free mini cupcake and favor boxes

I created a FREE mini cupcake box printable for you to download and make! And here's my favorite part - you can customize the box with a monogram initial of your recipient to make it extra special!

Each box comes with a cupcake tray to hold a mini-sized cupcake! They can be used for so many occasions - make a bunch of boxes with various letters to spell out words or names! Stack them up and they'll make a great table display for birthday, baby showers (gender reveal parties!) or just to give a sweet little gift to a friend!

I've also included SVG files so that you can print and cut on your personal cutting machine! But not to worry if you don't have a cutting machine - there's a PDF file inside so you can easily cut these out the old fashioned way with scissors :)

If you are using the PDF kit, you can adjust the monogram initial right in the free Adobe Reader software. SVG Kit users, I've included video links and PDF directions so that you can add your own "no cut" text to your files too!

FOR SVG KIT USERS:
There's a couple of little set up tweaks you'll want to make when opening and using these SVGs, and it might be a little different from other SVGs that you've used before, so I've created a couple of handy videos for you!

SILHOUETTE STUDIO V3:
This video is in Version 3 of the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition software, but V2 users will find the cut/no cut settings familiar enough to follow along. Also included with this freebie kit, are detailed PDF instructions for both V2 and V3 of the software:

SURE CUTS ALOT 3:
If you have another type of machine or use Sure Cuts A Lot 3 (SCAL) software - you'll want to watch this video below. SCAL3 is a 3rd party software that works with many different types of cutting machines: Wishblade, eCraft, Craft Robo and more. This video will also help you if you are using the Sizzix Eclips - ECAL software because it is very similar and designed by the same company who makes Sure Cuts A Lot!

OTHER SOFTWARE:
ECAL: Files work great! Watch the above SCAL video for set up information. SCAL is very similar and designed by the same company who makes ECAL!
Cricut Explore Design Space software: I have not had success getting the files to show properly in this software. I hear they are making updates to the design space so I will test again in a few weeks and update here if it's working.
Brother Scan N Cut: I have not been able to test on this machine/software yet. If you have one, let me know how it works for you!
SCAL2: These files don't work in earlier versions of SCAL. Must be SCAL3 and up.

HOW-TO PDF GUIDES INCLUDED:
I've spent the last few weeks creating and editing how-to PDF guides that are included in this kit for both Silhouette Designer Edition V2 + V3 and SCAL3 software. I cover importing a SVG, adjusting page and cut settings, adding "no cut" text to any SVG file, and I'll also take you through the print and cut process, these guides give you all the tools you need to work with any of my SVG print and cut kit freebies as well as the files available in my etsy shop.

SPREAD THE WORD:
Links to this freebie printable on pinterest, twitter, facebook etc are very much appreciated! Thank you so much for helping to spread the word about this freebie kit!
