We are celebrating the launch of Julie Fei-Fan Balzer's new stencil line with The Crafter's Workshop!    I loved her rain and clouds stencils so I created this fun tote bag along with my Creative Layers foam and Clear Stamps, Claudine Hellmuth Studio paints! The tote bag is a blank bag by Canvas Corp. Apply Claudine Hellmuth Studio Yellow Pastel paint to an ink blending tool with foam applicator. Tap onto Creative Layers Foam Stamp from the Dwelling set Stamp onto canvas tote bag. Studio paints are 100% waterproof so you can use them on fabric applications!! Continue stamping the Creative Layers foam stamps in a variety of colors until you have a design that you like.  Using a Rock-a-Block as your stamp mount stamp with Ranger Archival Black Ink and the Creative Layers Clear stamps from the Bloom set to add black outlines to your foam stamped images  Apply Claudine Hellmuth Studio Blank Canvas and Sky Blue Paint to an ink blending tool   Tap the blending tool onto Julie's cloud stencil Repeat with Julie's rain drop stencil Add dotted lines to the cloud using Adirondack pen in black   Add dimensional dots around the flowers using the nib of the mini Studio paints Finished tote bag!
